Refund Policy
In respect of paid listing agreements between Aim Listing Ltd and its customers the refund policy is as follows:

Payments in respect of an annual listing are due and payable in advance.
Termination of a listing before the expiration of the year does not entitle a customer to any pro-rata refunds.
Renewal is not automatic; customers will be notified of renewal at least 30 days prior to renewal. If on renewal the notified renewal fee is not paid, the listing will revert basic level 1 unless the customer informs Aim Listing Ltd in writing that it no longer wishes to have any listing on the website.
Any price rises which may be applicable to the subsequent renewals will be clearly outlined in the renewal notification and at the point where the customer submits its application.
All customer cancellations must be in writing and must be received by the listing team. If customers do not receive their cancellation confirmation, they should contact the subscriptions department.
