Stadium Group Plc – Trading update 22 February

Stadium Group Plc, the AIM listed provider of electronic manufacturing services provides guidance today that results for the year ended 31 December 2009 are likely to be ahead of market expectation.

The board of Stadium Group Plc met on 18 February 2010 to review the financial results for the year ended 31 December 2009.

As a consequence, it is anticipated that strong trading in the final quarter of the year, and the momentum carried into the first quarter of 2010, will result in profit before taxation and exceptional costs exceeding market expectation by approximately 10 to 15%.

The results are due for release on Wednesday 3 March 2010.
