Lothbury Financial was formed in July 2008 through the acquisition of City of London PR, a company which has advised companies quoted on Stock Exchanges worldwide for a number of years, and the merger with a team of PR specialists from another leading London Financial PR agency.

The senior management of Lothbury share an extensive grounding in PR but come from backgrounds closely related to the industry including:- accountancy, stockbroking, investment analysis and financial journalism.

Lothbury concentrates on companies in the small to mid-cap sector. Its current focus is on financial services, healthcare markets, natural resources and technology with additional expertise in building and retail.

Lothbury also have a corporate division which considers all the other aspects of a company’s brand and its interface with shareholders, customers, suppliers, staff and regulators. As a result, they go beyond the realms of investor and media relations and look at all areas of communication and the implications on a business.
