Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc – Holdings in Company

Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc, a leading producer of diagnostic testing kits for the clinical and research markets, announces that on 19 August 2009 Nordic Bioscience A/S (“Nordic”) disposed of its entire holding in IDS, with the majority of the shares being purchased by Forum Venture Capital GmbH (“Forum”), taking their holding to 24.6%.

Following the purchase of ordinary shares Forum has a direct interest in 6,504,364 voting shares in the Company, representing 24.6% of the issued share capital.  Prior to the transaction Forum held 4,221,064 voting shares in IDS.

Prior to the transaction Nordic held 2,783,300 voting shares in IDS.  Nordic was the vendor of Nordic Bioscience Diagnostics A/S acquired by IDS in 2007 with the consideration satisfied in cash and 2,783,300 IDS shares.
