EXERCISE OF WARRANTS AND ISSUE OF EQUITY-KODAL MINERALS PLC

Exercise of Warrants, Issue of Equity

and Change to Total Voting Rights

 

Kodal Minerals, the mineral exploration and development company focused on lithium and gold assets in West Africa, announces that it has received notice for the exercise of warrants ("Warrants") from an adviser to the Company to subscribe for a total of 6,250,000 new ordinary shares of 0.03125 pence each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 0.38 pence per New Ordinary Share. The exercise of the Warrants will generate proceeds of £23,750.00 for the Company.

 

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange plc for the 6,250,000 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on or around 16 May 2024.

 

Total voting rights

 

Upon Admission, the issued share capital of the Company will consist of 20,247,366,260 ordinary shares of 0.01325p each.  The Company holds no shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company from Admission will therefore be 20,247,366,260. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which, they determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
