Education Development International plc – Holding in Company

Education Development International plc has been notified today, 30 April 2009, that Slater Investments Limited have purchased an additional 740,000 ordinary shares in the Company, this brings the total holding to 3,135,000 ordinary shares which represents 5.44% of the issued share capital of the Company.
