Agronomics Limited – Update on Placing and Final Results

The Company is pleased to provide an update to Shareholders on the timing of the proposed Placing, as previously announced on 11 November 2019 (the “Placing”), and publication of its Final Results for the year ended 30 June 2019 (the “Final Results”). The Company expects to publish its Final Results on or around the morning of Friday 6 December 2019, shortly after which it expects to conclude the Placing.
